All user accounts are active for 1 year. After one year, accounts are automatically deleted for privacy and data safety.

AromaMarry.com reserves the right to suspend or delete any account violating these terms.
We provide matchmaking tools and connections but do not guarantee marriage or specific results. Users must verify compatibility independently.
All payments for premium services are non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
AromaMarry.com is not liable for any false claims, misrepresentation, or actions of users. We only act as an online platform for introductions.
AromaMarry.com reserves the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of updated terms.
This Agreement will be effective, valid, and subsisting as long as you use our App. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by writing to Aroma Marry. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Aroma may terminate your access to the App and/or your membership for any reason including but not limited to breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purposes, or engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, upon sending notice to you at the email address provided in your membership application. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the App, including unauthorized framing or linking to the Site, will be investigated and appropriate legal action taken.
Aroma Marry reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review the activity and status of each account and block access after review.
You hereby confirm that as of the date of this registration, you have no objection to receiving emails, messages, and calls from Aroma Marry and its members as long as you are a registered member. This consent supersedes any preferences set by you with the Do Not Disturb (DND) Register / National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).
Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on Aroma Marry. Aroma Marry reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
You will not transmit any chain letters or junk emails to other Aroma Marry members. Although Aroma Marry cannot monitor the conduct of its members off the site, it is a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any member without their prior explicit consent.
You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXEs, CGI, or any other programs/scripts to view content or communicate/interact with Aroma Marry and/or its members.
Aroma Marry members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety. By becoming a member, you agree to abide by and adhere to the said tips.
Aroma Marry owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Aroma Marry site and the Aroma Marry service.
You understand and agree that Aroma Marry may delete any listing, content, communication, photos, or profiles that, in its sole judgment, violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or threaten the safety of other members.
With respect to content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the site, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant Aroma Marry the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display such content on the site from time to time.
You shall use the services only to market and promote your profile and to reach out to other members for the purpose of finding relevant matches. You (and not Aroma Marry) are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available via the service. Aroma Marry does not control the content posted via the service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of such content.
Aroma Marry reserves the right to verify the authenticity of content posted on the site and may request documentary or other evidence. Failure to provide such evidence may result in termination without refund.
By posting content or advertising on any public area of Aroma Marry, you automatically grant, and represent that you have the right to grant, Aroma Marry the necessary license to use that content.
Content that promotes racism, hatred, or physical harm.
Content that harasses or advocates harassment.
Illegal or unauthorized copies of copyrighted work.
Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
Content exploiting minors or soliciting personal information from them.
Instructions for illegal activities.
Soliciting passwords or personal data for unlawful purposes.
You must use the Aroma Marry service in compliance with all applicable laws.
You cannot post or reproduce any copyrighted material without prior written consent from the owner.
Notice of claims of copyright infringement can be sent in writing to our Mumbai address listed under the Help/Contact section on the site.
You are solely responsible for your communications with other Aroma Marry members. Aroma Marry reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor disputes between members and take appropriate action when necessary.
Use of the Aroma Marry site and/or service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please follow the simple guidelines provided to protect your privacy.
Aroma Marry is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the site or for the conduct of any user or member.
We are not responsible for technical malfunctions, network failures, or any loss resulting from such issues.
The exchange of matchmaking profiles through or by Aroma Marry is not a matrimonial offer or recommendation.
Aroma Marry shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of relations established via this platform.
All disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, India.
You agree to hold Aroma Marry, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims or losses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Any donations made to Kanya Dhan or other social welfare programs are used as per guidelines and are non-refundable. Recipient details will not be disclosed.
